Quaint Charm and Cozy Comfort
helpful staff cozy fire secured parking
The staff are helpful. They assisted with all my needs. I enjoyed the real log fire in the bar area during the evenings. Parking was convenient. It's located at the rear of the hotel and secured with an exit code!!!
My room was a bit too warm, even after adjusting the thermostat.

central location clean room quality toiletries slow drain dusty rail damaged door
i was happy the room was centrally located within the hotel. the room was cleaned very well and it had good quality toiletries. on my first night, i ate in an external glazed area (it was a bit chilly).
My bathroom sink drained slowly, a bit of a nuisance. the heated towel rail in the bathroom was quite dusty. It did not look like it had been cleaned recently. also, the bathroom door looked like it had some water damage.

clean room spacious haven helpful staff
we wanted a nice escape, and we found it here. our room was clean and spacious, it was like a true haven. the staff were so kind and ready to help. breakfast at the sister hotel across the street was a beautiful experience, many choices met our expectations.
the bathroom seemed a bit tired, particularly because of the old suite. a little refurbishment would really elevate the room.
