the room was big. the bed was comfortable. breakfast staff was very attentive. the gym had good equipment. i had a good evening meal because the menu was comprehensive. the spa had a nice atmosphere.

the gym offered good equipment, with several treadmills and bikes available. i also enjoyed the spa, it provided a relaxing atmosphere with a jacuzzi and steam room for unwinding after a day.

breakfast included nice choices, from fresh fruit slices to vegetarian options. i saw a guest arrive late to breakfast, but they gave him a plated tray in the bar. the evening meal menu had good options.

The check-in process was quick and efficient. I received a room upgrade to a larger room. Breakfast each morning had a nice variety of options (eggs and bacon were available). The restaurant staff were always very attentive to my needs.
The gym equipment showed signs of wear and tear. Some of the machines needed maintenance. There were limited parking spaces available at certain times of the day. The hotel needs to address this shortage. (More spaces would be a bonus.)

i found the breakfast offered a fantastic selection and the staff were helpful. the spacious family room allowed us to spread out comfortably. the back, neck, and shoulder massage i received was rejuvenating after a long day.
the gym was smaller than i anticipated, and i noticed some water spot damage on the ceiling in our room, it was somewhat distracting.

the spa area offers a range of treatments designed for relaxation and rejuvenation. the heated pool is great for a refreshing swim regardless of the weather outside. the well kept gym is also available to guests.

The room was huge. It included a good seating area and a comfy bed.
The toilet seat in my room wasn't fitted correctly. I found this surprising (to say the least). a ceiling panel near the tv was pushed up. I kept looking at it. It created a distraction.

the wedding coordinator was great.. she created a beautiful ceremony and reception. the food was fine, and the staff were very friendly and professional. i would highly recommend this venue for a wedding.
