the wardrobe door hinge was loose, causing one door to open slightly.

the room featured a very large bed and great shower. it also had top quality food and drink available. the coffee was great and the service was friendly too.
The staff were SO friendly and efficient! Check-in was quick. the drop-off zone outside proved very useful. Car parking was plentiful and secure, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was fantastic. I really enjoyed the variety of options available!!!
The room servicing could improve slightly. Glasses were not always washed daily.

Parking in the car park at the rear was easy upon arrival. The room I occupied was beautiful, boasting a clean and spacious layout. A good bathroom featured both a bath and a very large separate shower. Breakfast was really really good. I had good quality food and excellent service.
The pillows were not great, I had a bad night's sleep because of this. It is a very small thing though.

The room on the second floor was so sweet. the food was amazing!!! the staff was great and the overall experience was fantastic. i particularly adored the waitress, leah. She were really nice.

the room was larger than expected. it had a sofa. the shower was amazing. the modern bathroom featured myddfai toiletries.
The wedding venue was fine!!! The dining area was decorated perfectly. The staff were so friendly and provided the best service. The food was delicious. The chocolate brownie was AMAZING!!!
The room was very warm. The windows did not open enough to get some air. I understand this is often for safety reasons. I also know it is to be expected in an older building at this time of year.

The staff was really good! I was impressed when a staff member complimented my display vehicle. Restaurant staff ensured service was helpful and efficient. The parking area is secure because it requires a code for entry.
The path from the private car park to the hotel is steep. It requires careful navigation, especially with luggage. This could pose a challenge for some guests.
