I received a complimentary upgrade to a spacious room. The bar area was super clean and reasonably priced. Staff members were polite and eager to assist. I found the location to be great.
The room could use some updates. The carpet was well-used.

superb location family room cute hotel sea proximity
the location was superb. the family room suited our needs well. i found the hotel cute. i appreciated the proximity to the sea.
The shower was tiny. The shower door did not properly close so water leaked.

Staff were helpful. They allowed early check-in since our room was ready. also, staff allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out. this enabled us to continue exploring before our train came. Very appreciated it.

breakfast options available were good and fresh. the onsite bar offered a range of drinks. the restaurant provided delicious meals each night. the spa WAS a great bonus.

lovely stay near the sea
modern bar dining area tasty food seafront view
i loved the modern bar. the dining area was great with tasty evening food. breakfast was even better (i especially loved the pancakes!). the room i stayed in had a stylish design with a beautiful seafront view.
the room's proximity to the hallway made it a little noisy when people walked past.

the staff was very cute and helpful. the hotel allowed me early check-in because my room was ready. they also let me leave my luggage after check-out as i explored. (great service!).

the room provided ample space and included convenient amenities. i found plenty of accessible electricity points and hangers in the wardrobe. easy access with car parking was a plus. i appreciated the fan already in the room.
i noticed the room was a bit small and felt cramped.

the location is excellent. free parking behind the hotel was a big plus. the room had a view of the promenade. ample tea and coffee were available in the room.
the bathroom had hair in the shower. the toilet lid was filthy. i could hear everything people were saying. the walls were very thin.
