my room was a standard double room it was lovely and clean. i really enjoyed the breakfast the hotel offered and food was very good. the parking was easy because it was a plus.

i find the hotel is a bit tired and needs repairs doing. a handle on the wardrobe drawer was missing making it not very easy to open. i also find the room was quite small.

the staff was cute from arrival i found check in quick and easy. my second floor room was spacious and well equipped i found it quiet overlooking the street. the bathroom was clean with toiletries available there was free on-site parking with plenty of room.

a minor damp spot was visible behind the sink on the wall in my room

the hotel location is convenient close to the university. it provides easy access to the area with its central position. on-site parking eliminates any concerns about finding a space i appreciate this facility

i found plenty of free parking behind the hotel. the staff were friendly and approachable. amelie and chef henry deserve a special mention for their service. the evening meal and breakfast were plentiful and good value!!!

the online menu looked great, but upon arrival, i learned that only a few options were available. it was italian night.

the room size was quite small, really reminded me of i was stuffed into a shoebox. also, my view consisted entirely of a brick wall, so that was a bit of a letdown. the menu online looked promising, but when i arrived, the options were limited. apparently, it was some kind of 'italian night,' which meant fewer choices. i guess surprise culinary themes are their thing.

the staff was friendly and helpful. i enjoyed a really excellent breakfast. the bed in the room was comfortable. i appreciated the central location and the available parking.

the curtains did not block light sufficiently. at 4 am, the room reminded me of daylight. i found it difficult to sleep well due to light exposure.
