The hotel provided breakfast boxes for our early starts. The staff was attentive to our needs. The outdoor seating area by the river was fantastic and relaxing.

The room's window faced the street, and I heard traffic early in the morning.

The room was super clean, the countryside style decor gave a cute feeling. The building felt especially warm despite snow outside. The riverside location was nice, offering lovely views of the river nearby. The staff were very helpful. The receptionist stood out with her kindness.

charming riverside stay!

river location super clean room amazing food

the location by the river is amazing, really pretty. the room was super clean, and i got a welcome pack, that was a nice surprise. we ate in the bar, and the food tasted amazing. the staff was accommodating!

extensive menu friendly staff

the location was perfect, close to ludlow and leominster. the premises had a very good choice of beer and larger's for an afternoon drink by the river. the attention to detail was superb.

the staff was friendly! but the wi-fi was slow.

The room was nicely presented I observed complimentary drinks and a good shower were available I found free parking a convenient feature. The breakfast was very good it offered lots of choice I noted that I could enjoy complimentary drinks in my room. The location was good next to a picturesque river in a lovely village I thought this made it a very good value.

The staff did not ask about my stay upon checkout.
