rough towels inconsistent shower

the location was acceptable it was close enough to where i needed to be

the room i had booked was not as described on the website the shower was a struggle to get warm at all and the towels were thin and rough it seemed like i was staying in a budget accommodation rather than what was advertised

The location offered easy access to historical sites and river walks. My room included a mini fridge, a bonus. The hotel had a lift which helped a lot with luggage.

The hot water system seemed faulty. Sometimes no hot water came from the basin taps or shower and the shower mixer valve did not function correctly.

The staff were cute and helpful. my room was quite spacious and clean. i found a selection of complimentary soft drinks in the mini fridge, which i really appreciated. the hotel's location was very convenient. I could easily walk to nearby attractions.

the curtains in my room were a bit thin, so some outside lights were noticeable at night.

the location was close to the train station, acceptable! though the parking was expensive.

The room did not have hot water for a shower. the toilet seat was broken. This. when i went for breakfast at 9am the downstairs area was not open!

amazing stay!

friendly staff comfortable bed free drinks

I found the staff so friendly. They really couldn't do enough to help! the room felt very cosy, and the bed was so lovely and comfortable. i especially liked all the free drinks in the rooms! we even got a little bag left outside with extra soft drinks and biscuits on the second day, that was a really nice touch.

i did struggle a little to get hot water to the sink, it took a while to heat up.

The team were friendly and accommodating. They were always ready to assist with any requests! they gave prompt, efficient service, and always had smiles, which really improved the experience here. the staff were excellent!

Our beautiful double room shower featured modern decor and comfortable furnishings. It was clean and well-kept! the room temperature was easy to adjust using the thermostat, which i appreciated. a spacious wardrobe was also present for storage.

friendly staff good water pressure superior room prepared ingredients

The staff was friendly and accommodating. My room included good water pressure in the shower. I appreciated the hotel offered us a superior room. I was happy with poached eggs at the restaurant (the ingredients were prepared well).

The hotel did not offer cereals and toast with breakfast.
