The location offered easy access to historical sites and river walks. My room included a mini fridge, a bonus. The hotel had a lift which helped a lot with luggage.
The hot water system seemed faulty. Sometimes no hot water came from the basin taps or shower and the shower mixer valve did not function correctly.

The staff were cute and helpful. my room was quite spacious and clean. i found a selection of complimentary soft drinks in the mini fridge, which i really appreciated. the hotel's location was very convenient. I could easily walk to nearby attractions.
the curtains in my room were a bit thin, so some outside lights were noticeable at night.

I found the staff so friendly. They really couldn't do enough to help! the room felt very cosy, and the bed was so lovely and comfortable. i especially liked all the free drinks in the rooms! we even got a little bag left outside with extra soft drinks and biscuits on the second day, that was a really nice touch.
i did struggle a little to get hot water to the sink, it took a while to heat up.
