Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
Parlors Hall Hotel frequently earns praise for its convenient location to Low Town and the Severn Valley Railway. Guests often appreciate the comfortable beds and the availability of amenities such as an iron and ironing board in the rooms, as well as the nicely decorated interior, particularly the bedroom and bar area. A few guests have mentioned that some rooms appear a bit tired or small. Many, however, enjoy the traditional styling with leather armchairs, the cosy atmosphere and the grassed garden area at the rear.

Acceptable, but needs updates

small shower cubicle rude staff
My room felt cramped, and the shower cubicle was ridiculously small. I could BARELY move in there. one of the night staff acted quite rudely. They seemed to think I was using the toilet for something other than its intended purpose. It.

The location was excellent, especially with the added convenience of parking. The gardens surrounding the building were beautiful and relaxing. I found the room to be spotlessly clean, something I always value. The staff were amazing. They proved very helpful and cute .
The shower needed an update, as the temperature control was difficult. It seemed to switch between too hot and too cold very quickly.

excellent location helpful staff poor soundproofing limited light
The location proved advantageous. It facilitated effortless exploration of the surrounding area. Staff displayed considerable hospitality upon my arrival. They were exceedingly helpful. The cleanliness of my room was perfect. I noted it was very tidy.
Soundproofing presented challenges. Noise from external sources was noticeable. Natural light within my room was limited. The window size was quite small. These aspects detracted slightly from the overall experience.
