totally awesome stay!
superb breakfast pool area kind staff
i really like the superb breakfast selection. the hotel offer many options and all was delicious and fresh. the pool area had plenty of space to relax after a long day of exploring. the staff members were kind, helpful, and they were always available to assist with any requests i had. i had an amazing time!
the gym equipment needs a update.

comfortable bed super clean bathroom
My room provided a comfortable bed and a super clean bathroom. I found breakfast excellent. It included diverse choices. The staff was friendly and readily provided assistance when requested. I felt welcomed with my pet dog, which allowed us to relax completely.
The hotel had no complimentary dressing gown available. I used a pool towel as a wrap.

The building itself is very imposing. check-in was quick. I arrived at my room swiftly. the breakfast was consistently good. the food in the evening was excellent. It used quality produce.

dated room faulty hairdryer
the breakfast was quite good it provided a decent start to the day
the room felt dated it had limited facilities there was no bottled water or biscuits provided i expected more from a hotel claiming a four-star rating the hairdryer also did not work properly

a mixed bag
peeling wallpaper flickering elevator
the breakfast offered good quality items and a buffet setup allowed choices.
Our 'classic double room' had twin beds pushed together! it wasn't comfortable, and the decor seemed stuck in the past with peeling wallpaper. the elevator flickered.

peeling sections weak shower pressure
the breakfast had a nice selection of items. I found enough to eat and the staff kept the buffet well stocked.
i found the room to be quite dated, with noticeable wear and tear. The furniture looked old, and the wallpaper had some peeling sections near the ceiling. The bathroom fixtures were also showing their age, the shower pressure was quite weak.
