excellent location friendly staff immaculate room small towels additional fee inhuman approach

The location was excellent! It was near the train station and a shopping center was directly across the road. The staff were friendly and helpful, they were very nice. The rooms were immaculate and smelled amazing.

The room was not spacious enough for my liking. The bathroom towels were also ridiculously small. The minibar also had an additional fee for using something. I wish there was a more human approach during late-night check-in, especially with a child.

The staff were helpful. They provided a substantial breakfast box. This was especially helpful because we had early starts on both days. The air conditioning adjustments in my room worked effectively. It maintained a comfortable temperature. I found the shower's water pressure and temperature consistent. The hotel restaurant offered a good selection of food and wine, and the menu had quite large portions.

The bathroom towels were ridiculously small. I would have appreciated larger ones.

The hotel is very close to the main railway station. This made arrival and departure easy. A large shopping mall is across the street, it offers many options for shopping and dining. Taxis are readily available right outside the front entrance.

The hotel is clean and well kept. I really loved the pleasant smell they have used throughout the premises. The wifi service was stable . The room was also very quiet, so I was able to get a good night's sleep.

the location was convenient, near the train station. the staff was helpful and cute. i found the room size to be adequate for my needs.

i encountered an unpleasant musty odor in my room. it might be time for a thorough cleaning, perhaps including upholstery cleaning. the minibar was not complimentary.

missed housekeeping rushed cleaning

The location is decent enough. It is near the train station.

Housekeeping completely missed my room one day , and i had to call to get new towels. even after they 'cleaned,' there were still crumbs on the carpet and hair in the bathroom. It seemed like a rushed job. honestly, i expect better attention to detail for the price i paid. it certainly wasn't worth what i spent per night
