I found the staff particularly helpful . they were quick to address my inquiries and provided clear directions for nearby attractions. the 24/7 access to the sauna and fitness center was a definite plus. I used the treadmill a few times.

the room lacked clear instructions for the heating system. it was difficult to regulate the temperature, resulting in a colder room than i preferred. i needed a warmer room, but it was challenging to get it just right.

the room was clean and the beds were good.

I requested the room to be cleaned daily, but it wasn't. i called about this, yet no one cleaned my room. other rooms i booked were cleaned without any requests. the location is also far from the old town. It takes 30 minutes to walk there.

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathroom included all necessary amenities. A laptop safe was available. I found that very useful. The hotel bar offered a selection of beers.

The parking fee seemed a bit high at 80 PLN per day though the location was convenient.
