The bathroom was a letdown. The towels were thin and rough (like sandpaper), and the shower's water pressure was weak. i expected better toiletries, but only basic soap dispensers were available. it hardly reminded me of a 4-star experience.

I found the hotel to be situated perfectly. It was close to many cafes. I could walk to restaurants and the main square. The modern interior design created a clean atmosphere. All staff members were friendly and helpful .

I found the location was excellent. the room was very super clean and cozy. the breakfast had a good range of options though the cooked breakfast wasn't very hot. I just wish it had been warmer.

i experienced an unpleasant welcome from the young girl on reception during check-in. this was surprising because i love the city and its people though this first impression wasn't great.

The room included two bedside tables with lamps, a small desk, and a wardrobe with hangers. there was also a modern tv mounted on the wall, and i appreciated the blackout curtains. They helped me sleep well. the bathroom was clean and had a good shower.

the staff was super cute , particularly alicja who greeted me upon my late arrival. i found all the staff helpful during my short stay , i was impressed. the location is fantastic , with charming cafes and shops just steps away , a real perk. i loved the market across the street , it was a vibrant and fun experience.

there were some stairs near the entrance, and it was a small challenge to navigate with my luggage.

The hotel was super clean. The lobby smelled wonderful. the staff was kind. breakfast provided many options. It was really yummy.

I found the towels stiff. they seemed like blotting paper. there was limited storage space. No drawers existed for clothes, just a wardrobe with three hangers.

The hotel has an amazing location in the old jewish quarter. it is right by a square where i could buy polish street food. many bars and cafes surround the hotel. They are all within walking distance.
