beautiful room breakfast area polite staff

i reserved a beautiful double room. it had a nice layout. the breakfast had cereal, pastries, and fruit. the breakfast area seemed lovely. the staff seemed helpful and polite.

the wi-fi was very slow.

street noise old windows

The location allowed convenient access to transportation options. The main station was close by.

Street noise was a significant problem. Trams operated from early morning until late at night. This made sleep difficult even on an upper floor. The noise from the trams was unreal because of old windows.

great breakfast fantastic location loud tram terrible pillows

The breakfast had so many choices. Everyone found something great to eat. the location is fantastic, just across from the train station and a shopping mall. i found it super convenient for public transport. the staff were friendly and helpful too!

My room faced the street, and it was loud with the trams. the pillows were terrible. I had a sleepless night and a headache. the air conditioner was old and noisy.
