The room provided ample storage space, helpful. fresh towels was daily. A detail i noticed and very much welcomed.

The bed was a little firm. It's just my personal preference.

the room was super super clean and cozy it had everything i needed for my stay the breakfast was so well organised and the selection was excellent. i loved having a tasty breakfast cooked fresh to order i'm already looking forward to my next visit. such amazing service

the shower controls were difficult to use and the on and off switch was very stiff i had to use a towel to turn it with wet hands the temperature control wouldn't budge at all so i had to deal with a too hot shower. the room felt small and only one pillow was provided that pillow was also very flat

The room felt dated I also had to carry my luggage up four flights of stairs since there was no lift. The room layout made it very difficult to move around the space. It was not ideal considering the price of the stay.

the room was immaculate (i loved it!) and quite spacious. breakfast included a good quality english breakfast. the staff were very friendly and helpful.

the bedroom windows were not very clean.
