“The location is undoubtedly a plus. However, reports of inconsistent service and potential billing issues give me pause, suggesting a need for greater management attention to detail and customer communication. While the food may be good, travelers should confirm pricing and portion sizes to avoid surprises.”

Comfortable Stay Near the Harbour

The access at all hours was a bonus, especially because I nearly missed the ferry and arrived late. The hotel suited cyclists, made things easy. The bar offered food plus drinks. Live music added a nice touch. Breakfast included choices and was nicely done.
The hotel is undergoing changes, but it needs a better cleaning and redecoration effort.

Acceptable Place to Stop Over

perfect locationfriendly stafftiny roomnarrow stairs
The location is super! It worked perfectly for catching the ferry. The staff were really friendly and they kept the kitchen open just for us since we arrived late. I really appreciated that.
Oh my gosh, the room was so tiny! There was hardly any space to move around. The stairs to the room were also really narrow, so carrying my luggage up there was a struggle. I was exhausted.
