urine smellawful bathroom
The room smelled strongly of urine. The bathroom was so bad, I couldn't use the bath or shower. I booked this for a special occasion, but it was ruined by the awful smell. I wanted to complain, but I just wanted to leave quickly.

mixed feelings about this stay
dodgy showerunfriendly staff
I found a couple of things less than stellar. firstly, the shower's temperature control was dodgy. The dial nearly came off and the water was either scalding or freezing. it took ages to adjust. secondly, the staff weren't exactly beaming with friendliness. A smile wouldn't hurt..

mixed feelings about the stay
excellent sizeworn towelunpleasant odor
the room size was excellent
the path outside the door leading to reception was covered in rubbish when i arrived food waste and plastic wrapping were visible. the towels in my room looked worn and greyish and they had an unpleasant odor. the shower temperature dial came off i had to struggle to fix it so i could get safe water

Wonderful Stay in a Beautiful Setting

The staff contacted me promptly to confirm my arrival details. I was in the Shackwith a practical desk, and I completed a lot of work. I received a complimentary tray with small pastries, orange juice, and a hot water flask outside my room each morning.
Restaurant service was a little slow. Dinner lasted two hours.

My room was bright and cute (I was really surprised). I enjoyed the amenities, and everything seemed to be well-kept. The room included a comfortable bed, a seating area, and a modern bathroom with high-quality fixtures.
