Wonderful Stay!

The staff were very helpful! Our cycles were stored securely inside overnight! our ferry was later in the afternoon! We could leave our luggage with them! The breakfast had a nice variety of food! The dining room and reception area are bright and airy. The hotel's location is great near the main shopping street and port. There is a short bus ride to the electric railway and steam train.
The hotel was a little confusing! It was hard finding the rooms, but I had stayed previously!

i found the breakfast selection to be quite good with many options available each morning i appreciated the convenient location with the bus stop located just outside it made getting around very easy the recently refurbished room impressed me it had a modern feel
the frosted glass in my room faced a blank wall this did limit the view somewhat.

the breakfast was okay (i liked the scrambled eggs).
I was a bit disappointed with the room allocation. It faced a brick wall. i expected a slightly better view, especially after seeing photos online. it just felt a little claustrophobic.

The breakfast had a very good selection of food. I appreciated the spaciousness of the room. The staff was helpful and attentive (I thank them for their service!).
The room I had could use a little updating in paint and carpets. I found that some parts of the hotel needed refurbishment. The exterior also looks a bit tired.

the location was super central for my trip. it was great because i don't drive and shops were close. the staff were really friendly and always smiling. the breakfast had plenty of choices and everything was delicious.
the hotel had forgotten to clean my room. i arrived late, so there wasn't much to be done. the late night receptionist did his best, though. the ventilation was not ideal.

i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the ferry port the location proved convenient for my travel needs. the staff were cute and helpful i felt supported throughout my stay. the breakfast offered a good selection of food i found many options to suit my preferences.
the room i had faced a less appealing view i looked out onto a brick wall which was disappointing

my standard double room featured a comfortable bed two bedside tables and a television offering a good space for relaxation . a wardrobe with hangers and shelving provided ample storage space for my belongings i appreciated the practical setup. the room also included an en suite bathroom with a shower sink and toilet it was well maintained.

the hotel had a restaurant i saw people dining there i did not eat there myself. there was a bar area where guests could get drinks this provided a social space in the evenings. i saw a small lift for guest use to access the various floors of the hotel this seemed useful for carrying luggage.

the reception staff were always available to answer questions they were helpful and efficient. housekeeping maintained the rooms i found it clean. i appreciated the friendly attitude displayed by the staff i think they worked hard to meet guest needs.

i stayed in a spacious, well-decorated room. the en suite was also quite roomy. the bed provided good comfort.
the stairs needed some cleaning. i also noticed some dust on a shelf in the wardrobe. the radiator in my room was loose.
