The Bear Hotel offers 35 unique rooms, each furnished with locally inspired artworks celebrating the Brecon Beacons. Rooms feature bedding, amenities, and sprung mattresses. All hotel rooms are dog-friendly with the exception of unique feature and four-poster rooms. Each room provides ironing facilities, heating, and tea/coffee facilities. All rooms include free toiletries and an AM/FM alarm clock. Rooms include garden furniture and a terrace.

The Bear Hotel features a restaurant and bar. The kitchen sources ingredients from local suppliers including Master Butcher Richards and organic gardens from Brecon Beacons National Park. The menu features dishes such as rarebit on ciabatta with watercress, Black Mountain smoked salmon with horseradish, and lamb shank with spring onion mash. Cider from a local Hereford supplier is offered, along with Guinness, IPA, and premium lagers.
