The staff were wonderful and helpful. The outdoor heated pool was relaxing. The breakfast was very good and offered many options to suit my dairy intolerance.

I found no shower caps or hair conditioner. The tea cups were not washed. Extra towels were not in the room and I requested them daily.

I was annoyed by a couple of things. Our room lacked decoration. It felt sterile. Breakfast cost extra, but at 9:30 AM, many dishes were empty. They needed more plates. I do not feel it was worth the high price.
