the room was small. the balcony gave directly onto a public parking. this diminished the view despite mosque and sea glimpses.

I found the staff helpful, and they addressed all my needs promptly. Breakfast offered a wide variety, including local and international options. The hotel's location was very convenient. The air conditioning in the room worked efficiently, A REAL plus during the warmer days.

The elevator wasn't available . THIS caused a slight inconvenience with luggage.

i stayed near the blue mosque! the location provided easy access to major historical sites and i found transportation options very convenient. the staff were all helpful and very kind, readily assisting with directions and providing recommendations. i enjoyed a great breakfast with amazing views of the bosphorus from the breakfast room.

the staff helped me arrange taxis and provided advice on local excursions. the location was excellent, within walking distance of many sightseeing attractions. the breakfast buffet at the sultan restaurant was satisfying.

my room balcony opened directly onto a public parking spot. i was only given one card for the room despite there being two people. i asked for extra time for checkout, but the request was not accepted.

the breakfast was decent, i guess. they did have a fair selection, so i didn't starve.

i wasn't impressed with the rooms. they could use a serious refresh, i swear. the towels seemed like sandpaper, i think they used them for everything. the noise was nonstop, i could hear every little sound from the other rooms.
