The location was near a tram station. I used public transport often. Semih at the reception helped me. Ipek cleaned my room well.

i found the hotel's location very convenient. it is very close to the tram station (i think it was right outside). the breakfast had diverse options i enjoyed. the room was cleaned perfectly every day, it impressed me.

the ventilation in the room was not optimal. fresh air circulation was minimal, so i had to open the window or use the air conditioning.

The hotel offered a convenient location right next to the tram stop. the staff was very nice and helpful . i especially liked the spacious room equipped with essential amenities. It was sparkling clean, thanks to the kind housekeeper.

the breakfast selection had limited variety. i hoped for more options! each day it was basically the same. it was a little disappointing for a hotel of this standard.

helpful staff super clean room perfect location english communication

The service was perfect, starting with yigit and erdoğan at the reception who were always ready to help. the housekeeper, şerife, kept my executive room super clean and made sure i had everything i needed (i especially liked the thoughtful touches). the location is perfect. It's really close to many key attractions. i also found the staff spoke english well, which helped a lot.

The breakfast selection could use a little improvement. I found it quite repetitive .

balanced stay

great view clean room fresh air road noise

suite 701 provided a great view from the terrace. the room was clean. i am thankful to the front desk staff, erdogan and talha. they helped with the luggage and directions.

the room lacked fresh air. i could only open the window or turn on the air conditioning. the road noise made it difficult to rest. i was asked to leave a positive review during breakfast.
