The front desk team. They greeted me warmly and had friendly chats whenever they saw me. Zeynep offered excellent service .
During my stay I noted the absence of bathrobes in the room which was an inconvenience. Supplying robes would greatly improve guest comfort and convenience. This small addition can greatly enhance the overall hotel experience. I recommend ensuring each room includes bathrobes.

This hotel features both indoor and outdoor pools that were great. I enjoyed the sizable sauna and the steam room. The gym included modern fitness facilities. I found the location convenient. The hotel is close to supermarkets and a shopping center.
the AC did not work well, I found the room warmer than I prefer for sleeping. The WI-FI was also slow. It struggled to load even basic websites. These issues with temperature control and internet speed impacted my stay.

The staff at the front desk provided great service. I even received an upgrade, amazing. The cleaning lady was friendly too. Most staff were both respectful and kind. I really enjoyed the experience.
The room lacked space to hang the towels in the bathroom. It also didn't have a smart TV. I could not connect to the internet or Netflix. The key card was faulty and had to be reactivated frequently at reception.

the hair dryer in my room was old. it was replaced quickly after i asked. however, this small inconvenience slightly impacted my stay.
