The staff was very friendly and helpful. upon checking in, i was offered an upgrade, a good surprise. the breakfast offered a great variety of items and the quality was really good. It really made for a fantastic start to each day.

the hair dryer in my room was old. it was replaced quickly after i asked. however, this small inconvenience slightly impacted my stay.
