The front desk staff was helpful for directions. Breakfast had great variety with fresh fruit and local pastries every day. Location worked well, because it was close to many historical attractions. The sauna after all the walking was great, a perfect end to the day.
The gym was a little small and old and not well-kept, making my workout less effective.

The hotel features a functional sauna for relaxation after sightseeing and the gym had some workout equipment. There were three treadmills and two stationary bikes present in the small gym.

My Junior Suite room featured a comfortable king size bed with crisp linen. There was also a flatscreen tv with international channels and a minibar stocked with drinks and snacks.

The hotel location was ideal and it put major attractions within walking distance. It was a ten minute walk to the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, a major benefit.

Breakfast provided a range of choices with both local and international options. I did notice fresh pastries and fruits and it was served buffet style each morning, but I did not have other meals.

The front desk provided hot tea upon my late arrival, i appreciated that. the location is very close to the basilica cistern and the hagia sophia. i easily accessed topkapi palace and the grand bazaar. the housekeeping staff kept my room very clean. I found them to be kind.
The gym is quite small, and i felt it was not very safe. It could benefit from some upgrades.

Breakfast offered many choices to satisfy every taste. It included a great assortment of options. the selections changed each day. I found that to be a nice touch. the staff was very helpful.

the staff was very kind. they were polite too. the location is good for visiting topkapi palace. it is close to sultanahmet camii.
the gym is small. it has no fans, i also didn't see air-conditioning. no water was provided. there were few weights.
