attentive staffthorough cleaningproblematic system

The staff was attentive. The breakfast was good with diverse options. the location was perfect, near taksim square and transportation options. yuksel assisted with our luggage and check-out efficiently. the cleaning service was very high quality. our room was thoroughly cleaned and the furniture was arranged daily.

The key card system was problematic. It required frequent resets. the receptionist did not try to help, they said it should work.

The breakfast buffet included a selection of pastries, fresh fruit, and hot dishes. omelets were prepared to order each morning, and the coffee was always freshly brewed. The staff offered assistance.

our beautiful room featured a plush queen-size bed and a modern bathroom. it also included a mini-fridge, a safe, and a flat-screen television. the air conditioning was quiet and effective, maintaining a comfortable temperature.
