the breakfast IS great with a large selection of fresh food. the coffee machine provided nice coffee selections. staff members were friendly, and the location was close to the city center and airport buses.

the hotel appears old, and dont deserve a five star rating. shampoo in the shower was empty when i checked in after a long flight. the wifi completely was not working .

my experience was awesome the breakfast buffet was excellent it had fresh delicious options daily i loved that the hotel allowed us to use the pool even after checkout that was a thoughtful gesture. the staff was friendly.

the air conditioning did not work they said it's central and they couldn't adjust it this was something i really needed i like to sleep with cold air it did not make for a good night's rest i think they need to look into this central air thing.

the swimming pool was beautiful it was also well-kept i saw many children there it seemed they loved spending their time there. the hotel offers a gym it is available for all guests and equipped with modern machines.

the room included a queen size bed it was comfortable and big i enjoyed a separate sitting area inside the room that helped me relax after a long day. the bathroom included a rainfall shower and two separate sinks a big plus.

the hotel is near many facilities and public transport is in the immediate vicinity i could easily access the metro. several restaurants and shops are within walking distance i did not need to get a taxi to explore the area.

The staff acted very friendly. I liked the welcome treats left in my room. I appreciated this gentle touch. The room was very clean. The staff did a great job.

The balcony door had a broken lock. It did not lock securely. The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke, as if someone smoked inside previously. I found this unpleasant and unexpected.

The staff was attentive. The breakfast was good with diverse options. the location was perfect, near taksim square and transportation options. yuksel assisted with our luggage and check-out efficiently. the cleaning service was very high quality. our room was thoroughly cleaned and the furniture was arranged daily.

The key card system was problematic. It required frequent resets. i experienced issues with the lift not recognizing the card, inconvenient. the receptionist did not try to help, they said it should work.
