the hotel is in a prime location near many sites. the rooftop restaurant has amazing views. i enjoyed a cup of coffee on the balcony every morning before breakfast. the amount of food served for breakfast was very nice. the staff were friendly and helpful too i was able to borrow an iron
the room decor was outdated and gloomy. only bright overhead lights created a poor ambiance. the bed creaked badly and would wake my partner up.

The staff was friendly and very helpful.. Kadir and Falima were especially lovely and accommodating. They provided recommendations for local places to visit and ensured I felt welcomed and well-cared for throughout my stay, it was awesome.

The hotel locates at a prime spot. It only took me about 5 minutes walking to Hagia Sophia. The rooftop restaurant views were a treat, especially I like seagull feedings. My room, it was a suite, had a balcony with a glimpse of Hagia Sophia. I enjoyed my morning coffee there with birds singing.
The elevator was sometimes slow, it meant I needed to wait a bit longer.

The staff here are friendly and very helpful. I borrowed an iron, and the maid let me keep it during my entire stay. Fatima at reception was always available for any question.
