Solid Hotel Choice Near Metro

I appreciated the attentive staff. The breakfast included many options. The metro station is close. Underground parking is available. The hotel offers easy access to various points of interest (I used it to go to the historical center). The room was clean. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Staff were professional and helpful. The spa included a sauna and steam room, both were a great addition. I found the restaurant staff particularly kind. The hotel allowed us to take breakfast for our daughter who was in the hospital (very considerate). The location is a real strength (a definite plus). The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. I used the hotel's services, and they were efficient. Orhun, Samet, and Cetin at reception were very helpful.

The air conditioning did not cool the room to the temperature I wanted.

i found the rooms very spacious. it was great to have two cozy lobby bars, one on the ground floor and another on the roof. the restaurant offered tasty food, and individual orders were accommodated with ease.

the gym was not accessible until 10:00 am!

the breakfast had many yummy options to choose from. the staff helped us book taxis and provided local information. the room was super clean , tidy, and comfortable.

the check-in process was chaotic and frustrating , i had to wait for 45 minutes to get my room keys. the internet connection was poor , even after requesting a wifi booster, the situation did not improve. my wife had a distressing experience after a deep tissue massage , she returned with bruises and sore joints.
