The staff were very good too help me find my misplaced belongings from the airport. I am very grateful for their assistance. Receptionist Can fulfilled my special request and was always available. Volcan assisted and escorted me with such care.

I loved how close this hotel is to the airport! the breakfast buffet had so many options. It was beautifully presented. the staff was friendly and helpful. They made check-in quick and easy. it was very pleasant to stay in my room. The curtains blocked out the sunlight.

The comfort level in the bathrooms could use improvement. The sinks were too small.

The breakfast included a wide variety of options and fresh hot meals, I enjoyed it! I found the location very convenient, being so close to the airport. It made travel stress-free for me. I thought the shower provided consistently hot water which was refreshing.

My room was very stuffy. The window only opened a tiny bit because it was secured with a cable. Ventilation didn't seem to help much and sleeping with the air conditioning on isn't an option for me since I easily catch a cold.
