The staff was helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations. the breakfast included fresh fruit and pastries. the room was quiet, so i slept well. There were no disturbances from street noise or other guests.
The bathroom was quite small. It made showering a bit difficult. the wifi signal was weak in my room, so i had trouble streaming videos. I often chose to take the stairs instead.

The wifi signal was quite weak, a real pain when i needed to upload vacation photos. also, the breakfast setup felt a bit chaotic, especially during the peak hours. i noticed a few times the buffet items ran out quickly and weren't promptly refilled. it meant waiting around longer than expected. also, the soundproofing could have been better. Street noise was noticeable early in the morning.

The staff, especially Baran and Osman, were very helpful. They helped with directions and suggestions for local experiences. The hotel location allows easy access to major attractions. I walked to the Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque in about fifteen minutes.
The bathroom was small. It made maneuvering a bit difficult.
