the staff always smiled and offered help . mahmoud abd el lateef and amr also stood out with their assistance at the aqua park. everyone's positive energy.
the resort is expansive , which might be a bit overwhelming for some , it seemed like a lot of walking , even though it was lovely. it's a slight inconvenience in an otherwise wonderful place.

the aqua park features many slides and pools , and they have lifeguards for safety. various restaurants provided options for meals , also included fairground rides and a vr room , all enhancing the resort experience.

the bungalow included a double bed , a single bed , bedside cabinets , a tv , and a wardrobe. there were two sinks , a toilet , and a shower in the bathroom. a large balcony overlooked the communal pool.

i found the staff amazing , with eslam and ahmed at reception particularly helpful. poolside waiter ahmed ali stood out with his great service , he always made sure we had drinks. the personnel constantly ensured our hydration and enjoyment.

the food variety was great , with themed restaurants that included german and italian options. fresh popcorn and candy floss were available all day , this offered a treat for children. the availability of ice cream was also nice.

I found the variety of food options good. i especially enjoyed the many restaurants. It was fun going to a different one each night. the facilities included bumper boats, ice skating, and vr games. I did not have to spend extra money on these. the entertainment team encouraged participation in activities. I appreciated this.
the ac didn't work in one of our rooms for a couple days. the information about entertainment was not readily available. i had to figure out locations of restaurants myself using only a map. the changing rooms at spa were not suitable (i couldn't find any changing rooms at all!).

The resort has many pools and a great water park. a variety of slides provide entertainment for all ages, and, the fair rides in the evening were a surprise. the room i booked was a family bungalow pool view. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. i found the multiple dining options available with different cuisines quite satisfying.
