water activities renovated rooms beautiful gardens beach access
The water activities were plentiful, especially for young children. I found the staff very cute. The renovated rooms were clean and modern. Gardens were beautiful, I walked there a lot. The beach access from certain rooms was very convenient. I liked the warm water, even though shoes are useful.
I found that some open-air parts of the dining area had birds flying around, pecking at the bread, a slight issue.

The Japanese restaurant offered good food, I enjoyed it. I found the Grill restaurant to be good as well. The Italian restaurant also had a nice breakfast.

The reception staff was helpful, especially with requests. Staff members were available at the pool and beach area. The cleaning service maintained a good standard, it was very attentive.

Our room was beautiful. It was very clean. The housekeeping service was excellent, they maintained everything well. I liked the modern equipment provided in the room.

helpful staff fantastic team wonderful food insufficient restroom distant facilities lackluster program
the staff worked so hard and were helpful with everything i needed. the entertainment team were fantastic and were always encouraging me to get involved. drinks were fine and food was wonderful!
I noticed the insufficient number of restrooms on the hotel. the few that were available were far from the pool areas and none were inside the restaurants. the animation program felt lackluster. I barely noticed any organized activities.
