Acceptable Stay With Some Bumps
inconsistent service preferential treatment
The food was good at the teppanyaki restaurant, I thought this was a nice experience.
The service I received lacked consistency. It seemed some staff favored certain guests. I ordered floating breakfast for my swim-up room, but I never received it. I saw that some other guests were given preferential treatment, this.

Wonderful Experience
amazing food helpful staff
I enjoyed the food options and quality a great deal. The staff in the food stations proved nice and helpful. The gym included beach views. The service members I encountered were helpful.
I believe there should be more snack options during the day. The café is a long walk in the afternoon heat. I wish there were other places to get ice cream.

ignored request safety neglect
The reef was great. I appreciated AHMED rescuing me from a strong current. His action was VALUABLE.
i requested someone remove a fallen umbrella. IT WAS ignored all day. Children were hurt by a lamp bracket. The hotel doesn't care for the safety of guests.
