the room was spacious. i appreciated the cleanliness of the spa. the staff were all professional, in my opinion. a. el hammeed alaa provided excellent services as manager, i observed.

The gym seemed very underutilized . I ran several times and barely saw anyone else there. i thought the red wine was not good. it seemed like i could use it to strip paint. the entertainment team seemed inexperienced, their routines weren't quite polished, in my estimation.

i really liked my time. the staff was friendly and professional. they offered great service. the pools were clean and inviting. the bar staff remembered my drink order. i had a nice holiday. the heated pool had a swim-up bar, which i enjoyed a lot, and the animation team worked hard to include everyone. the snorkeling from the jetty was amazing.

the loud music in the evenings made it hard to relax.

Staff members were very attentive and friendly. They ensured all guests had everything they needed. the reception staff was helpful when i needed assistance and the cleaning service was prompt and thorough.

The main restaurant provides a varied buffet. fresh bread was available each evening. the chefs prepared food at the barbecue. I especially liked the egyptian bread.
