I found gym instructor mahmoud quite excellent. he trained my wife and me very individually and professionally every day at the gym. I appreciate that. food options were great, staff very friendly, and pools and rooms were all much better than expected. cleanliness was also a key feature, and i found it to be super clean everywhere.

The lack of clear signage in the restaurants was a slight issue. some dishes were unlabeled. This made it hard to know what i was eating. it would improve the dining experience if each dish had a name card.

The staff responded quickly to requests. Their attentiveness was consistent. the bar staff remembered orders. They demonstrated personalized care. the concierge assisted with excursions and transport arrangements without delays.

the room was spacious. i appreciated the cleanliness of the spa. the staff were all professional, in my opinion. a. el hammeed alaa provided excellent services as manager, i observed.

The gym seemed very underutilized . I ran several times and barely saw anyone else there. i thought the red wine was not good. it seemed like i could use it to strip paint. the entertainment team seemed inexperienced, their routines weren't quite polished, in my estimation.

i really liked my time. the staff was friendly and professional. they offered great service. the pools were clean and inviting. the bar staff remembered my drink order. i had a nice holiday. the heated pool had a swim-up bar, which i enjoyed a lot, and the animation team worked hard to include everyone. the snorkeling from the jetty was amazing.

the loud music in the evenings made it hard to relax.
