I appreciated the hotel gardens, they were very beautiful. Staff at the reception were helpful and responded quickly to my requests. I changed to a swim-up room after six days without problems. Housekeeping kept my room in perfect order and always provided fresh towels.
The gym equipment showed wear and tear. Some machines needed maintenance.

The staff at the Sanafir Restaurant provided excellent service. They were warm and always paid attention to details. I liked the atmosphere at the Marha Bar with well made drinks.

The architecture of the hotel was warm and inviting. The lobby area was large and comfortable. A/C provides a relaxing environment when you enter. The underwater habitat at the end of the dock offered snorkeling opportunities.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining cleanliness every day. The room include a comfortable king-size bed, a seating area, and a private balcony with outdoor furniture and also include free Wi-Fi access.

The staff displayed amazing professionalism and dedication. Mohamed from housekeeping kept the room immaculate and promptly addressed every need. The bartenders, Mustafa and Ahmed, crafted excellent cocktails with skill and a friendly attitude. Enez from guest relations was helpful and responsive to all inquiries.
The absence of readily available information regarding the electric shuttle service caused some initial confusion.

Mixed Feelings About This Hotel

The room was good with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom.
The food in the main restaurant was terrible. The selection was small, and there were mostly stew-type dishes. The service was poor. I reminded me of it should be a 3- or 4-star hotel. The beach and pool towels were not changed daily, annoying!!!
