The animation team was really good. they always asked to help me, nice. mocktails were lovely. I liked the variety.

The bathrooms seemed a little dated, however they were okay. I felt there was not enough help from the staff regarding this matter.

amazing aquavia experience!

clean hotel helpful staff free shuttle

The hotel was super clean and the staff were so helpful. the food had great variety and was good. the adult pool and food. i used the free shuttle bus to the private beach every half an hour. It was great!

The resort featured a water park. This water park included many slides. There were not huge lines at the slides. Staff members were generally helpful and nice.

The buffet felt chaotic and unclean. Tables were not prepared in a timely manner. Securing a table often seemed like a struggle.

The staff treated me like royalty, their hospitality touched my heart. the food was exquisite with fresh ingredients prepared with love. the water park was so much fun. It reminded me of being a kid again! i really loved the various pools scattered throughout the hotel. It reminded me of discovering hidden oases.

friendly staff nice activities clean environment easy availability

I found the staff friendly. They were everywhere. the aqua park offers nice beach activities. It is suitable for all ages. i especially enjoyed how clean everything was, from my room to the common areas.

the bathrooms felt slightly dated, but they were certainly usable. it wasn't too bad.

lovely food separate area spacious room

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were spacious. It was perfect for my family because the children had a separate sleeping area. The food was lovely and there were many choices always.

The bathrooms were little dated.
