Osman was very helpful. He made sure i had everything i needed! the location is excellent. it's near public transport and many stores. the rooms are really very comfy and tidy. i appreciated the free parking available. It saved me a lot of hassle.

the staff was helpful giving directions and arranging transport. the breakfast included many options, i particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit selection. the location was excellent for accessing public transportation, specifically the tram line , made getting around quite easy.
The sound insulation was poor, and i could hear noise from neighboring rooms at times. This was a disruption at night.
