helpful staff excellent location clean room
Osman was very helpful. He made sure i had everything i needed! the location is excellent. it's near public transport and many stores. the rooms are really super clean and cozy. i appreciated the free parking available. It saved me a lot of hassle.
The noise at night made sleep difficult, a little inconvenient.

convenient parking nice variety
I found convenient parking available right in front of the building. The breakfast offered a nice variety of options each morning for a satisfying start to the day.

helpful staff breakfast option public transportation
the staff was helpful giving directions and arranging transport. the breakfast included many options, i particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit selection. the location was excellent for accessing public transportation, specifically the tram line , made getting around quite easy.
The sound insulation was poor, and i could hear noise from neighboring rooms at times. This was a disruption at night.

The hotel includes a spa. It offers massage services. there is also a souvenir shop open 24 hours in the building and it provides convenience for late-night purchases and forgotten items. the tram station is easily accessible!
