The location was very convenient and provided easy access to transportation. The rooms were spacious and the interior design was modern. I found a pillow menu and the option to request ice packs very helpful. Seven Altay, the Gold Lounge Manager, provided useful suggestions and contacts.
During check-in, I faced difficulties with the key card, which required multiple trips to the reception desk to fix. The check-out process involved an unprofessional phone call. The tone was not appropriate. I expected a smoother experience.

The breakfast server Mr Baran and the manager Mr Tanju went out of their way. They aimed to improve my experience and make it nice. Their service was world class!

I found the staff helpful and friendly. The room was super clean and maintained to a high standard. This really enhanced my overall comfort (everything was spot on!). I especially enjoyed the variety of delicious options at breakfast. The staff there were nice and always ready to assist me.

The room included a large king-size bed with premium bedding. It featured a seating area with a sofa and a desk for working. The bathroom had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.

I found a few things frustrating. my room wasn't made up one day, and i had to call about it at 5 pm. i was told an event caused the delay, which wasn't ideal. also, i tried to book a spa treatment and got a whatsapp number.
