helpful staff plentiful breakfast

The staff were helpful. They gave lots of information without my even asking. breakfast was great with plentiful options. i appreciated the service i received and found the staff consistently pleasant. they were very willing to assist with any questions or requests i had.

the room i was given was not quite what i expected. it felt a bit small and the lavatory was located inside the main room. i think there are improvements to make regarding the room design.

airport transportation ineffective air conditioning

the airport transfer was a MESS. i waited about thirty minutes for the van. the van had no air conditioning, a big PROBLEM. the driver got lost and needed help with directions. the room's air conditioning didn't work well, it was warm the whole time.

The hotel's location was central. It was very close to major historical sites. The breakfast included many options, with fresh items made to order. The staff assisted me with directions and transportation, very helpful. I really enjoyed the complimentary tea and desserts offered in the lobby each afternoon. It was a lovely touch to the stay.

The gym was smaller than I expected. It could benefit from additional equipment.

the location was central to all the major attractions. the front desk staff were helpful with directions and recommendations. the rooftop terrace offered fine views during breakfast service. i particularly enjoyed the turkish coffee each morning.

the pedestrian street made luggage handling slightly challenging without direct vehicle access.

charming hotel in a prime location

i found the staff attentive. my room was spacious and well-kept, furthermore i appreciated the comfortable bed. the hotel's proximity to major attractions made exploring easy, i visited hagia sophia and the blue mosque easily. the daily tea time was a good touch after sightseeing.

the gym equipment looked a bit dated. one of the treadmills was out of service .

Decent Hotel Experience

The location is quite central. It made seeing the sights very easy. The staff were very attentive and helpful. They addressed all my concerns quickly. The breakfast included a good variety of options. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit.

My room faced the street. The noise was noticeable at times. The bathroom layout in the Beautiful Room with Twin Bed was a little unusual! The shower door also served as the toilet door. The spa area is rather small. The jacuzzi tub didn't have very strong jets.
