helpful staff fantastic location larger room breakfast buffet

the staff was helpful especially murat i appreciated the fantastic location it is near everything. the free upgrade to a larger room was a nice surprise. the breakfast buffet had a good range of options and plenty of food.

the standard double room i booked did not match the photographs it was small and opening one suitcase left no space to walk.

the reception staff provided area information they explained places to visit. the restaurant staff noticed my tea preference and remembered the amount i liked. the hotel even brought out a birthday cake with a candle.

the staff was very helpful. the hotel lent me a travel card for transportation around the area. the location was very close to many tourist attractions and the train station
