okay location, some issues

the location was good. it was a short walk to the metro. the room included nespresso pods. i liked the free mini bar with water bottles.
the carpet in our room was damp. water poured out easily from the shower. the shower doors seemed inadequate, which caused the issue.

Convenient Location and Accommodating Staff

The metro station was a short walk from the hotel. Numerous nice restaurants were located very close by. I found a Carrefour store just around the corner and a laundromat a couple of doors down. The staff was very nice and accommodating .
The air conditioning was not working . I was told it was turned off for the winter. This was disappointing given the price I paid for the room.

The hotel provides complimentary snacks in the lobby during the afternoon. I found this to be a thoughtful touch after a day of sightseeing. The hotel is near several attractions.

The hallway lights used motion sensors, and i found this to be a bit unsettling when exiting my room at night. it was often dark, and i was not really a fan. also, refilling the coffee capsules was ignored despite my requests. I had to buy my own. this was disappointing given the hotel's price.

excellent location and amenities

i found the location perfect for exploring. a two-minute walk took me to the metro and various shops. the eiffel tower was about a ten-minute walk, great for lovely evening strolls. i appreciated the complimentary nespresso pods and the mini-bar stocked with water daily. the rooftop patio offered cute furniture, a nice touch.
the controls for the air conditioning and heating system were managed by the front desk, not directly within the room, i found it a minor inconvenience.

the front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant. the hotel manager and staff, including hugo, felix, and payal, demonstrated really good service. they were really nice too address requests, which i appreciated.
