the staff were genuinely helpful with requests. kasim provided good suggestions for local restaurants. the hotel offers complimentary water bottles and tea in the rooms (a nice touch).
The elevator is quite small. It barely fits two people. i found that the room lacked sufficient storage space (no drawers to put things in). there was no proper breakfast area. I had to use the cafe next door.

I faced a frustrating issue regarding payment. I used a credit card, and despite funds being available, it failed (a common occurrence, i now realize). this resulted in an unnecessary delay and required me to use an alternative card. furthermore, the minibar policy was irritating. Items were removed daily and a restock occurred even if items were not consumed. this felt intrusive and wasteful.

I found the location ideal, near the champs elysees, but very quiet. the staff was super friendly. i appreciated the super comfy bed after long days. i also liked the clarins toiletries. They felt luxurious after sightseeing.
the elevator was quite small. it was a tight squeeze with luggage.

the location was very convenient, near restaurants and shops. the staff were courteous and helpful. i found the room clean and well kept. the bed was comfortable.
The lift was quite small and old. It was difficult to use with luggage. the room i stayed in had squeaky floorboards, it was a bit disturbing when walking around.
