a mixed experience

The free coffee and snacks were a nice touch, but often the selection was limited. one evening, only cake remained and when i asked for milk for my room, i was initially told to fetch it myself from the lobby. the room was also quite warm, and though the air conditioning was addressed, it wasn't ideal on the first night. Street noise late at night was a distraction. i felt the cost didn't quite match the experience.
