the location was superb, a short walk to the louvre. the staff was helpful and available 24 hours. i found a fridge and safe in the room, this was very convenient. the room was clean and quite big too.
the hotel is a old. i think some maintenance is needed, especially for the bathroom.

the hotel is near many shops and restaurants, this provided many options. it was easy walk to the louvre museum, it was less than 10 minutes. many other main attractions are walkable.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I really appreciated their assistance. The room was very clean. It was cleaned daily. The location was amazing. It was so close to the Louvre, the gardens, and many great restaurants. Eric at reception was an amazing host and helped with directions.
The staircase was narrow, made moving luggage a bit tricky, though not a major issue.

The hotel is very centrally located, close to museums and luxury shopping. It is within walking distance of the riverbank, and the Champs-Élysées is about a 30-minute walk. Two metro stations are close, so many attractions are easily accessible.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided a lot of information on every question. Staff members were polite, cordial, and cute. Their friendliness. They offered assistance with luggage on the narrow staircase.

There is a kettle and mini fridge available, a real bonus! The building is approximately 500 years old. Despite not being very new, it is clean, hygienic, and comfortable. The room was cleaned well every day, which I appreciate.

There are many restaurants close to the hotel, which makes dining out very convenient. I did not have breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot comment on that option. It is easy to find cafes for coffee and pastries nearby.

i was very happy to walk everywhere from this hotel. it was very central for me, you know. the staff was friendly and super helpful. i'd stay again because the area was clean and beautiful.
the staircase was very narrow. i was on the first floor so i could not use an elevator, i think. also the room key need to be given when you go out. arrival was a bit strange for me.
