The team was so helpful. they readily stored our luggage. the room was spacious and quiet. dining options nearby provided a romantic touch. We enjoyed exploring together.
The air conditioning had little effect. I had to open a window. it was not ideal.

The staff was helpful with directions. there was free coffee and tea available near reception. I found this relaxing after sightseeing. the hotel provided luggage storage, useful before my train departure.
It only fit two people comfortably.

the hotel is very close to the euro star station. the staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. they provided coffee and snacks upon our early arrival. the location is also great with two different metro lines nearby.
The repeated breakfast became quite boring after the second day. Its variety was limited.

the staff at the front desk were helpful. they answered my questions regarding local transportation.
The room service was limited. The room was not serviced at all . basic tasks like making the bed and replenishing the tissue box were not done. the nearby roof outside my window was dirty and covered in bird droppings.
