the staff was friendly! the decor was lovely and there were cute touches in the room, like snacks! i also enjoyed the great location between gare du nord and gare de l'est.

the shower was so hot i was scalded. it meant i was unable to shower properly ! the room i was given was tiny for two people. there was nowhere to put suitcases without tripping over them.

the team was VERY friendly. The hotel had a stylish, cosy feel with lovely extras. Its location is perfect to explore the city as it sits next to metros and the train station. I had a fabulous time and will hopefully stay again soon.

The area felt a LITTLE unsafe at night. Ubers were necessary for travel due to some unsavory groups nearby.

there is a lovely restaurant downstairs. i saw simple yet tasty breakfasts with croissants, fruit, yogurt, bread, and eggs made to order. they also had tea, coffee, and fresh juice available, I noticed.

the hotel sits right beside Gare de l'est. It is VERY handy for metro lines. I also observed that it only takes two minutes to reach Gare du Nord from the hotel, this is very useful.

the team was really friendly and helpful they gave good local dinner recommendations i was allowed to leave my bags after check out to visit a gallery the location is good for train travel and public transport

the breakfast felt beyond a joke i was ignored at the cafe and could not even get a coffee i had to find something elsewhere the streets outside had a less than nice feel with urine soaked areas the shower was so hot it scalded me
