The location is very convenient near Gare du Nord. The staff were friendly and helpful . The breakfast was good with scrambled eggs and pancakes (I loved the pancakes!).

Decent stay with some minor issues

The staff were very friendly. I appreciated that both the night and daytime receptionists were helpful. I found the location convenient (it was walking distance to the train station). The breakfast was plentiful.
The street noise was quite loud (it's unfortunate that the soundproofing isn't better). I also noticed some dust on the bedside tables. There were hairs in the bed, not ideal.

my daughters' flights were cancelled late at night, but the staff were pretty good too help. the staff member on duty on august 30 was helpful. breakfast was also nice.
