the hotel offered a free open bar between 2pm and 2am, this was nice. the mini bar in my room was also free, it contained still water, sparkling water, juice, and pepsi cola. coffee and tea were available as well. i also found the location good, as it was in walking distance to some sites and public transportation.

the rooms were small, this was inconvenient. there were no bars of soap, only body wash was provided. there was also no conditioner available, just shampoo. i would have appreciated those amenities.

The room i had felt quite small, the lift was narrow! and it often felt cramped. the tv barely worked. I had a hard time getting any channels. plus, i think the price was too high for what was offered.

guy provided a cordial welcome. he made efforts to fulfill our requests. this hotel offers top service, and guy understands the hospitality business. the room was quiet and the bed comfortable. breakfast was excellent too. i enjoyed the free mini bar and the free snacks and drinks available in the lobby.

The breakfast had a good continental selection with fruit, pastries, and cheese. warm foods included omelette, bacon, and beans. This was very convenient. free afternoon snacks and soft drinks were a nice touch. The hot chocolate from the machine was AMAZING!!!

the hotel provided snacks and refreshments from 2pm-2am. tasty breakfast was also available each morning. the staff were very kind, especially when we were first greeted (i felt very welcome). the room was large enough for my needs.

there were no bars of soap, just body wash in the room. there was also no conditioner, only shampoo. the rooms were a bit small. i prefer having small bars of soap available.

the hotel is close to metro and bus lines. the team restocked the minibar daily. the air conditioning worked well during a warm summer (it was a pleasure).

the lift is a little on the smaller side.
