ineffective air conditioningpersistent ants
The advertised air conditioning was not effective. It barely cooled the room. it was unusually hot , reaching 42°c. the room was uncomfortably warm, especially at night. this made sleeping difficult, which i did not expect for the price i paid for my room, the first night, i noticed ants on the balcony. after a few days, the ants found their way into the room even with the doors closed. i informed the reception desk, and they resolved the issue quickly, indicating it was not a new problem.

The staff was immediately helpful and quick. I found many employees visible and available. This hotel offered a top experience during my trip. I will choose this place again.
I found that there was no congratulations for my wife's birthday. A small gesture from the administration could have solved it. This was the first time in the world that this has happened.

The buffet breakfast was excellent, it included warm legumes. The metro station was nearby! many good restaurants were in the area. The staff was cheerful and helpful.
I was asked to pay an €150 deposit fee. This was not specified when I booked the room. The toilet backed up, the sewer filled the bathroom with an awful smell and water.

i found my room clean and the bed comfortable. the breakfast buffet offered many choices and a nice atmosphere. staff members were attentive to my needs, even gifted me macarons on my first night. location helped to be close to metro and varied restaurants.
the room have a air vent, not traditional air condition unit. i find it not cooling as i expected.

the location near the metro proved useful. breakfast included several options. i found the room quite spacious. the lift worked well for accessing upper floors.
the bathroom configuration made showering a little awkward as water sometimes splashed onto the floor due to the partial glass enclosure.

The staff provided lovely red wine and macarons upon arrival. It was a kind surprise. breakfast offered many choices. the bed proved comfortable. the laundry service worked well.
It is not actually air conditioned even though it is advertised. There is an air vent and a notice essentially states they know it is not as cool as expected, it won't be upgraded to be eco-friendly.

the location was great. the staff mostly helped readily.
i booked a beautiful room, but it felt quite small. the air conditioning barely worked during the first few days, it only marginally improved later (it made the room uncomfortable). they didn't offer another room when i asked.
