The staff provided lovely red wine and macarons upon arrival. It was a kind surprise. breakfast offered many choices. the bed proved comfortable. the laundry service worked well.
It is not actually air conditioned even though it is advertised. There is an air vent and a notice essentially states they know it is not as cool as expected, it won't be upgraded to be eco-friendly.

the hotel features a breakfast buffet with a variety of options. the breakfast salon has a beautiful design. there is a coffee machine in the room and also a fridge for convenience.

the location was great. the staff mostly helped readily.
i booked a beautiful room, but it felt quite small. the air conditioning barely worked during the first few days, it only marginally improved later (it made the room uncomfortable). they didn't offer another room when i asked.
