small lift room air conditioning

I was REALLY disappointed by a few things . the lift was small. It made accessing the room difficult, especially with luggage (I felt claustrophobic). there was NO air conditioning in the room. Only a small fan was available, a real issue especially in warmer months. It's hard to understand why this wasn't provided.

the location was great near the eiffel tower. plenty of restaurants were very close. a supermarket was just around the corner, very handy.

the elevator makes noise and vibrates a lot when it moves.

The location was convenient near a metro station. This made getting around easy. The room was clean (everything looked well-kept). Free coffee was available all day in the breakfast area.

The room was small (it felt a bit cramped). There was no kettle in the room. This made it hard to make tea. The reception staff could have been friendlier.

Awesome find near the Eiffel Tower!

Sonny greeted me very professionally at the reception. I appreciated the proximity to the train and metro, it made getting around so easy. The hotel provided fans, they helped a lot since there is no air conditioning (which I knew in advance).

fantastic stay near eiffel tower

great location helpful staff free water plentiful cafe

the location was great, very close to the metro line and the eiffel tower itself. bakeries and cafes were abundant nearby, really useful. the staff members were lovely and very accommodating, we needed a hairdryer and they provided one immediately when the one in our room didn't work. i appreciated the free water, tea, and coffee available in the breakfast area.

The lift was quite small. It was a bit noisy and shook during operation, a minor inconvenience.

the standard double room had ample sunlight. the room could easily accommodate two adults. clean, comfortable accommodations added to the positive experience.

a coffee machine provided hot chocolate around the clock, a nice touch. a water dispenser offered easy access to refreshment. the facility to store luggage after checkout was very convenient for our schedule.

the hotel offered free coffee, milk, and chocolate drinks from a coffee machine. this was quite sufficient for both adults and kids after a long walk. nearby restaurants and bakeries provided plentiful dining options.

the staff were very friendly and gave us an upgrade to a larger quad room. upon asking whether my room could be made up, a staff member who i was not addressing directly started to reprimand me and, even though i tried to walk away, followed me to the elevator, shouting at me.
