The location is ideal and near shopping areas. My room had high ceilings. The bathroom had Guerlain toiletries. These are very nice. The staff secured reservations for me.

i found the location convenient with easy access to major attractions. the staff proved attentive to my needs. i also enjoyed the well-appointed and maintained rooms, they were very clean and tidy!

a refined experience

quiet street attentive staff thoughtful details

the location was really good, close to many attractions, and the street remained quiet. the staff were helpful, trying to fulfill requests and coordinating cabs. i found the rooms well-designed, with thoughtful details adding to the experience. the hotel held some luggage when we visited normandy, it helped a lot.

the breakfast setup lacked space and the dining room felt overcrowded! also the choice of food was adequate though not amazing.

the hotel features a charming entrance and a beautiful main floor. fresh linens are available and the staff provide a daily room refresh. turn down service is also included each evening for all guests.

our beautiful double room included guerlain products in the shower, lovely. it included a complimentary mini bar stocked with beverages. the room design incorporated parisienne décor and the bed was quite comfortable.

breakfast was included and provided continental offerings each morning. the hotel coordinated restaurant reservations per our special requests. the hotel also offers dining space for lunch and dinner if you wish to dine in.
