The room had a separate toilet. The suite was very nicely furnished. I also appreciated the beautiful balcony view. The reception staff provided lovely and helpful assistance. The location is close to transport connections. Staff, always providing friendly service.

The elevator is quite slow, so patience is necessary when using it.

generous breakfast quick air conditioning

The breakfast was generous (I especially enjoyed the pastries). The staff was always smiling and ready to assist with directions or recommendations. Our comfort double room had a view of the park across the street, a definite plus. The room was also equipped with air conditioning, which worked quickly and efficiently.

The elevator was quite small, I recall.

totally awesome stay!

great restaurant local neighborhood helpful staff

I was so thrilled with the location. It's super close to everything! i found some really great local restaurants nearby, and i loved feeling like i was in a real neighborhood. the hotel staff was also amazing, super helpful, and always smiling, it totally brightened my day! i was very happy to find the hotel and really had great breakfasts too, every single morning.

the lift was quite small, it barely fit one person with luggage! this made getting to my room on the upper floors a bit of a hassle, especially during peak hours. i ended up taking the stairs a few times to avoid the wait, i would love a bigger lift!

the hotel is near several public transport options, including metro and bus lines! this made accessing various parts of the city convenient! the neighborhood safe area and had a lovely atmosphere, with a mix of shops and eateries. it was really cool!

The room felt smaller than expected for the price. Storage was minimal. Only one suitcase could fit comfortably. The bathroom was also quite compact.
